Snapshots Studio

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Snapshots Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services, submitting a deposit, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Snapshots Studio provides photo booth rental services for events including, but not limited to, weddings, parties, corporate events, and private gatherings.

Specific services, rental duration, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in your booking confirmation or service agreement.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
   
• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
   
• Remaining balances are due prior to the event date, as stated in your invoice or contract.
   

Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
   
• If you need to reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.
   
• Cancellations made within a short time frame of the event may result in forfeiture of additional payments, as outlined in your service agreement.
   

Snapshots Studio reserves the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, illness, emergencies, or unsafe event conditions. In such cases, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.

The client agrees to provide:

• Adequate space for the photo booth setup
   
• Access to a standard electrical outlet
   
• A safe, level, and weather-appropriate environment
   

Snapshots Studio is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by venue restrictions, power outages, guest interference, or unsafe conditions.

Clients and guests must treat all equipment with care. The client is financially responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or guest behavior.

Snapshots Studio reserves the right to stop service if equipment is at risk of damage or if guests behave in a threatening or unsafe manner.

All photos and videos produced by Snapshots Studio remain the property of Snapshots Studio unless otherwise stated in writing.

Snapshots Studio may use images for marketing, promotional, website, and social media purposes unless the client submits a written opt-out request prior to the event.

Guests voluntarily participating in the photo booth consent to being photographed.

The client is responsible for:

• Informing guests means a photo booth will be present
   
• Ensuring guests follow booth instructions
   
• Obtaining any necessary venue permissions
   

Snapshots Studio is not responsible for guest conduct.

Snapshots Studio is not liable for:

• Personal injury
   
• Property damage
   
• Lost or stolen items
   

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Snapshots Studio from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event, guest actions, or venue conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Snapshots Studio’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services rendered.

All content on this website, including images, text, branding, and logos, is the property of Snapshots Studio and may not be copied or used without written permission.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Texas.

Snapshots Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
